The agreement

Terms of Service — The agreement between you and VD Enterprises for using Top Billing.

Grievance Redressal Policy — How to complain, what we must do about it, and where to go if we fail you.

1.3	2 October 2026	Credits Policy: bonus credit given with larger top-ups is taken back in proportion when the top-up is refunded or reversed, and is never paid out in cash.
1.2	2 October 2026	AI model providers are now in service. They are described on the Sub-processors page by category rather than by name, for commercial confidentiality; a customer can obtain a provider’s identity for its own compliance under a confidentiality agreement. Refund wording in the dashboard aligned with the Credits Policy, and the reference to an invite gate removed from the Acceptable Use Policy.
1.1	25 September 2026	Added the Referral Programme Terms. Recorded the mobile number as personal data we process, and the SMS sender as a sub-processor. Removed the invite-only beta wording, since signup is now open to everyone.
