Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with the Service, and what happens if you do.

Version 1.3 · last updated 2 October 2026

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to you and to anyone using the Service through your account or your keys. The rules of the model provider serving your request apply on top of these, and where they are stricter, they win.

1. Do not break the law

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful under Indian law or under the law that applies to you or your users. That includes fraud, money laundering, unlicensed financial or gambling activity, trafficking, the sale of controlled substances or weapons, and the evasion of sanctions or export controls.

2. Never

  • Generate, solicit or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving a minor, real or synthetic. We terminate the account immediately and report it to the authorities.
  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent.
  • Create content that incites or facilitates terrorism, mass violence, or violence against a person or a group.
  • Produce instructions for making weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear agents.
  • Create malware, ransomware, exploit code intended for unauthorised access, or tooling for large-scale credential theft.

3. Do not harm people

  • No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or content that demeans a person or a group on the basis of religion, caste, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
  • No doxxing, no scraping or inferring personal data about identifiable people without a lawful basis, and no biometric identification or surveillance of people without their informed consent.
  • No impersonation of a real person or organisation, and no synthetic audio, image or video of a real person presented as genuine.
  • No political manipulation: no coordinated inauthentic behaviour, no automated astroturfing, and no content designed to interfere with an election or to suppress a vote.
  • No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, search-ranking manipulation at scale, or automated content farms.

4. Be honest that it is AI

Where a person could reasonably think they are talking to a human, tell them they are not. Do not present Output as professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice from a qualified person, and do not use the Service to give such advice in a regulated context without the licensing, supervision and disclosures the law requires of you.

5. Do not abuse the platform

  • Do not try to get around rate limits, spending caps, billing, authentication, signup checks, or any other control — including by opening multiple accounts.
  • Do not share, publish or sell your API keys, and do not resell or rebrand the Service as your own gateway without our written agreement. Building a product on top of the Service is fine; reselling raw API access is not.
  • Do not use Output to train, fine-tune or distil a competing model where the model provider serving the request prohibits it.
  • Do not probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure beyond normal use. Security research is welcome under the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
  • Do not send another person's personal data, or data you are contractually barred from disclosing, through the Service.

6. Reporting abuse

If you see the Service being misused, email support@topbilling.in with "abuse" in the subject line, together with any request ids you have. We acknowledge abuse reports within one working day.

7. How we enforce this

Enforcement is proportionate. Depending on what we find we may ask you to explain, reduce your limits, disable a key, suspend the account, or terminate it. For the practices in section 2 we terminate immediately and, where the law requires it, report to the authorities. Where we can, we tell you what triggered the action and how to put it right; you may dispute any decision through the Grievance Redressal Policy.

We do not monitor the content of your requests. We act on abuse reports, provider notifications, legal demands, and automated signals about traffic patterns, spend and error rates.
