How it works

Top Billing sells one thing: a place on a public board, for a day. The highest bidder gets the billboard at the top. Everyone else who makes the paid positions gets a listing below it.

The short version

1. Enter what the top spot is worth to you, and pay.
2. Add your logo, colour, tagline and link.
3. If you are still the highest bidder when bidding closes, you are charged and your brand goes live the next day.
4. If you are outbid, you are not charged at all.

What it costs

• Opening bid: ₹500. That is the least you can bid.
• To take Position 1 you must beat the current top bid by at least 5%, or ₹100, whichever is larger — rounded up to the nearest ₹10. The exact figure is always shown before you confirm.
• Any amount at or above ₹500 can take a lower paid position.
• No tax is added. We are not registered for GST, so the amount you bid is the amount you pay.
• You pay what you bid — not the next bid down.

When you are charged

Placing a bid puts a hold on the amount with your bank. It is not a charge and the money has not left your account.

When bidding closes, the top bidders win. Only then is a winning bid charged, and an invoice emailed to you. If you did not win, the hold is released and you are never charged. The refunds policy covers this in full.

The timetable

Each round sells one day of display, running midnight to midnight IST. Bidding for a day closes at 20:00 IST the evening before, and bidding for the following day opens at the same moment.

If a bid lands in the last five minutes, bidding is extended by five minutes so others can respond. That can repeat, up to a cap — so a round cannot be sniped, and it cannot run all night either.

Auto-defend

You can set a private ceiling. If someone outbids you, we raise your bid automatically — but only as far as needed to lead, never straight to your ceiling. Your ceiling is never shown to anyone else, and you are only ever charged your final amount.

Every creative is reviewed before it goes live. See the creative guidelines for what is accepted. If something does not meet them we will ask you to replace it — your position is held while you do.
