Creative guidelines

DRAFT — needs legal review.
Every creative is reviewed before it appears. If we cannot approve something we will tell you which rule it falls foul of and ask for a replacement. Your position is held while you fix it — you do not lose what you won.
What we need
- Brand name as you want it displayed.
- Tagline, up to 80 characters. Optional.
- Brand colour as a hex value. The billboard takes this colour; text on it is chosen automatically for contrast, so your brand is never unreadable.
- Logo — PNG, JPEG or WebP. Transparent PNG works best. We place it on a light or dark tile depending on the logo, so it stays visible whatever colour you pick.
- Hero image, optional.
- Destination link — a working https page that matches what you are advertising.
What we will not accept
- Anything unlawful under Indian law, or in breach of the ASCI Code.
- Claims that are false, exaggerated or cannot be substantiated.
- Another company’s trade marks, logos or brand identity used without permission.
- Imagery you do not hold the rights to, including stock photography used outside its licence.
- Sexual content, gore, or material likely to cause serious offence.
- Content targeting or appealing to children.
- Advertising that imitates the interface — fake buttons, fake system alerts, anything designed to be mistaken for part of the site.
- A destination link that misleads: a page unrelated to the advert, a forced download, or anything that attempts to collect credentials under false pretences.
- Regulated categories we do not carry: tobacco, real-money gambling, prescription medicines, weapons, and financial products promising guaranteed returns.
Disclosure
Paid placements carry a Sponsored label. This is required by advertising-disclosure rules and is not removable.
Changing a creative
You can update your creative at any time; each edit creates a new version that is reviewed before it replaces the live one. The currently approved version stays up until the new one passes, so your billboard never goes blank.
A creative cannot be changed after a round closes. What was approved at close is what runs for that display period — otherwise a brand could win on one creative and show another.
